Any alterations outside of this period or any appeals or adjudications after the completion of the game will not be considered for bet settlement purposes

1.1.3       Live updates including current score, total bookings and total corners on betting in-running markets are for information only. 1.2.2       An exception to this rule relates to certain age-group (E.g. U-20, U-18, U-17, U-16 etc) and friendly matches only, where match markets will be settled based on the actual result when the game finishes including injury time and stoppage time, but not extra-time or golden goal or penalty shoot-outs.

1.2.3       If any match is not scheduled to be played for at least eighty (80) minutes, or for anything other than two (02) halves, then all bets on that match will be void.

1.2.4       Note: Some matches play eighty (80) minutes, but will still appear as ninety (90)              minutes on the BetVictor website.  These matches will be settled according to the full-time result as long as a minimum of eighty (80) minutes is played and the match is not scheduled for anything other than two (02) halves.

1.3     FIRST HALF BETTING

1.3.1       Applies to the first forty-five (45) minutes of the match (including any injury time) only.

1.3.2       Any events occurring after the first half has ended (i.e. after the referee has blown the whistle signalling the end of the half) will not apply to any markets in this period.

1.4.2       Any events occurring in the first half do not count towards markets in this period - i.e. the scores start at level for this market; and any events occurring after the second half has ended (i.e. after the referee has blown the whistle signalling the end of the half) will not apply to any markets in this period.

1.4.3       Extra time does not count towards this market.

1.4.4       In eighty (80) minute matches, a half is considered forty (40) minutes.

            1.5        EXTRA TIME BETTING

1.5.1       Extra time includes period of play between the end of normal time (i.e. ninety (90) minutes play plus any time added on for stoppages) and the end of the game.

1.5.2       Extra time does not include penalty shoot outs.

1.5.3       All extra time betting markets, such as 'correct score', or 'time of first goal', will start from the beginning of extra time and does not include normal time. Only penalties scored in this period will count regardless of format used.

            1.7        TO QUALIFY BETTING

1.7.1     In certain tournaments BetVictor may offer odds for a team to progress to the next round.

1.7.2     When a price is quoted for a team to qualify for the next round of a given tournament over two (02) legs, bets placed on that market will be settled immediately on completion of the second match based upon the combined result of both matches.

1.7.3     This will include normal time, injury/stoppage time added on by the match official at the end of normal time, extra time, away goals if applicable, and penalty shoot-outs; should the tie progress as such.

            1.8        ABANDONED MATCHES

1.8.1     Should a match be abandoned at any time before the final whistle, then all bets will be void, unless a definitive result for the market/period has already been determined prior to abandonment.

1.8.2     These will be settled according to the official result, for example, first goal scorer, half-time betting, time of the first goal.

1.8.3     If, however the relevant Governing Football Body have indicated the match will be completed and played the following day remaining bets will stand.

1.9.3     An exception to this rule relates to Scottish Non-League games (Highland, Lowland, East Region, West Region, North Region and Scottish Junior Cup), all bets in these games will be settled on the final result regardless of a venue change.

1.9.4.    Matches played in a neutral venue will not necessarily indicate a home and away team. All bets will stand regardless of the venue at which the match is played.

            1.10        POSTPONED MATCHES

1.10.1   Bets placed on postponed matches will be void.

1.10.2   A game will be deemed as postponed as soon as it is clear it will not be played on the same calendar day at the location of the fixture.

            1.11        "DEAD HEAT”

1.11.1   A “dead heat” occurs when two (02) or more selections in an event tie.

1.11.2   If a dead-heat between two (02) selections is declared on any event, half the stake is applied to the selection at full odds and the other half is lost.

1.11.3   If more than two (02) dead-heats are declared, the stake is proportioned between the remaining selections.

2.2.2     Players not originally quoted will count as winners should they score the next goal.

2.2.3     Bets on players not taking part in the match will be void as will bets on “first player to score” where the selection comes on after the first goal is scored.

2.2.4     Own goals do not count in the settlement of bets. In the event of a specified goalscorer bet being placed in running, and the next goal is an own goal, bets will be settled on the following goalscorer as the winning selection, if no further goals are scored by a named player then no goalscorer will be the winning selection.

2.2.5     All players that have been on the field of play before the next goal is scored will be deemed active.

2.2.6     Subsequent enquiries by official bodies will not be considered for settlement purposes.

6.       ASIAN HANDICAPS

6.1     GENERAL

6.1.1       This is a market where a handicap is applied to the match in order to make the prices closer to Even Money.

6.1.2       The match favourite will be allocated a negative handicap represented with a (-) symbol and will have to win by more goals than the handicap in order to be a winner. The match outsider will be allocated a positive handicap which will be added to the final score. The handicap will be added to one side only. Half-time Asian handicap markets will be settled on the half-time result.

6.1.3       There are three types of Asian Handicap.

6.2     WHOLE BALL HANDICAP (e.g. (0), (-1), (-2))

6.2.1       The handicap is applied to the final result of the match and the team with the most goals after the handicap has been applied will be the winner.

6.2.2       If the number of goals for each team is level after the handicap has been applied, it will result in a push with the stake being returned.

6.2.3       For example: Spain (-2), Paraguay (+2).  If Spain wins by three or more goals then all bets on Spain will be winners and bets on Paraguay will be losers. If Spain win by exactly two goals then all bets on the market will be pushed and the bet stake returned on both sides. If Spain win by exactly one goal, the match ends in a draw or Paraguay win the match then all bets on Paraguay will be winners and bets on Spain will be losers. The handicap (0) is the equivalent of the draw no bet market. If Spain wins the game then all bets on Spain will be winners and all bets on Paraguay will be losers. If Paraguay wins the game then all bets on Paraguay will be winners and all bets on Spain will be losers. If the match is drawn all stakes will be returned to the customer.

6.3     HALF BALL HANDICAPS (e.g. (-0.5), (-1.5), (-2.5))

6.3.1       The handicap is applied to the final result of the match and the team with the most goals after the handicap has been applied will be the winner.

6.3.2       For example: Liverpool (-1.5), Arsenal (+1.5).  If Liverpool win by two or more goals then all bets on Liverpool will be winners and bets on Arsenal will be losers. If Liverpool win by exactly one goal, the match ends in a draw or Arsenal win the match then all bets on Arsenal will be winners and bets on Liverpool will be losers.
Split Ball Handicaps (e.g. (-0, -0.5), (-0.5, -1), (-1, -1.5)).

6.3.3       A split ball handicap is where the level of favouritism is between a half ball and a whole ball. In this case, the Customer’s stake is being split equally between the whole ball and half ball handicaps.

6.3.4       For example: England (-1, -1.5), Germany (1, 1.5).  If the Customer places a £100 bet on England (-1, -1.5) then the Customer’s bet is split into two £50 bets. The first bet is on the Whole Ball Handicap (England (-1)) and the second bet is on the Half Ball Handicap (England (-1.5)). If England win by two or more goals then all bets on England will be winners and bets on Germany will be losers.  If England win by exactly one goal then the stake on England (-1) will be refunded and the stake on England (-1.5) will be a loser. The stake on Germany (1) will be refunded and the stake on Germany (1.5) will be a winner. If the match ends in a draw or Germany win the match then all bets on Germany will be winners and bets on England will be losers.

6.3.5       Stakes being returned will show as being voided in the customer’s account.

6.4     IN-RUNNING ASIAN HANDICAPS

6.4.1       All bets on the Asian Handicap in-running market are settled according to the score line for the remainder of the game after the bet has been struck

6.4.2       For example, any goals prior to the bet being placed are ignored for settlement purposes.  Asian Handicaps will only apply for 90 minutes match betting.

7.       CARD MARKETS

7.1     GENERAL

7.1.1     Every effort will be made to quote prices for all participants, however other players will count as winners should they be carded. Please note any player who takes no active part will be settled as void.

7.1.2     When more than one player is involved in an incident that results in more than one card being shown BetVictor will result based on TV evidence as to who the referee has shown the first card to.

7.1.3    Only cards shown to players currently on the pitch will count. Cards shown to managers or substitutes do not count towards the total.

            7.2        FIRST CARDED PLAYER

Bets on players taking no part in the match will be void, as will first card bets where the selection comes on after the first card has been awarded. If the selection plays for any length of time but is substituted before the first card is awarded, the bet stands.

7.3     ANYTIME CARDED PLAYER

7.3.1     All players who take part in a match for any length of time, will be considered runners for anytime card purposes.

7.3.2     Any card shown after the full-time whistle has been blown shall be disregarded. If after the final whistle a card shown during a game is rescinded, or reduced to a yellow card from a red card, that will not affect the settlement of any markets.

7.3.3     Any subsequent corrections or amendments to the result by official bodies may be taken into consideration at BetVictor’s discretion for settlement purposes subject to the provisions of Section 1.1.1.[DD2]

7.3.4     For markets involving the time of yellow and red cards, these markets will be settled by reference to the time at which the relevant card is shown. For settlement purposes, the decision of BetVictor’s official data providers will be final

7.3.5     If a player receives two (02) yellow cards and is consequently shown a red card, the player will be deemed as having received a total of two (02) cards. No individual player will be able to receive a total number of cards exceeding two (02) in any one game. Extra-time does not count nor do cards shown after the final whistle count towards the total. A straight red card is counted as one card in every circumstance.

7.3.6     When more than one player is involved in an incident that results in more than one card being shown BetVictor will result based on TV evidence as to who the referee has shown the first card to.

7.4       BOTH TO BE CARDED

If either player takes no active part in the game then bets will be voided.

8.       MINUTE TO WIN IT

            8.1        GENERAL

8.1.1     These markets offer the customer the chance to bet on specified events occurring in a match within the stated minute (the stated minute being the minute displayed on the Minute to Win It coupon from time to time).

8.1.2     In order to win, the customer must correctly select whether there will be goal, corner, throw in, free-kick or goal kick within the stated minute.

8.1.3     BetVictor’s live in-play scoreboard clock is not used for settlement purposes, it is provided to the Customer only for guidance and may vary from all or any official clocks or other clocks provided, displayed, offered or in any way communicated by broadcasters, data providers and other parties.

            8.2        TIMEFRAME

8.2.1     Minute one (01) is the period between 0:00 and 0:59 seconds.

8.2.2     Minute two (02) is 1:00 to 1:59.

8.2.3     Minute three (03) is 2:00 and 2:59 and so on up to and including 89:00 to 89:59 at which point the market is concluded.

8.3       ADDITIONAL TIME (INJURY TIME) AND EXTRA TIME

8.3.1     “Minute to Win It” will not be offered after 44:59 in the first half and 89:59 in the second half, unless the format of a match allows extra time to be played.

8.3.2     Then “Minute To Win It” may be offered at BetVictor’s sole discretion and where offered it will be done so on the basis of two (02) halves of fifteen (15) minutes each.

8.3.3     It will not be offered on any injury time minutes within an extra time period.

8.3.4     In all cases, the settlement rules within extra time are identical to those in normal time.

            8.4        OCCURRENCE AND AWARDING RULES

8.4.1     For the purposes of this market, the time of a goal is when it occurs as reported by BetVictor’s data provider.

8.4.2     Corners, free-kicks, throw-ins and goal kicks are considered to have happened when they are awarded by the referee as reported by BetVictor’s data provider.

8.4.3     A penalty is not considered to be a free kick and will be resulted as such.

8.4.4     A corner is a particular type of free kick and as such will only cause the Corner selection to be settled as a winner, not the free kick.

8.4.5     An Own Goal will be counted as a Goal in the Minute to Win it market.

8.4.6     A Goal Kick is awarded when the whole of the ball has crossed the entire width of the goal line, is not counted as a goal and was last touched by a member of the attacking team and is timed according to when it was indicated by the referee and/or assistant referees. A Goal Kick restarts the match immediately after the ball has gone out of play. A kick out from the hands of the goalkeeper is not a goal-kick.

            8.5        INTERRUPTIONS

8.5.1       The “Minute to Win It” clock will continue to run regardless of any interruptions in play including, but not limited to stoppages for injury or other interruptions to play.

8.5.2       Minute markets are Singles Only. Minute to Win It bets cannot be included as part of an accumulator or other multiple.

8.6     SETTLEMENT DISPUTES

In the event of a dispute, the decision of BetVictor’s data provider will be final, as detailed in Section 1.1.1.

9.         MATCH ACTION

9.1       Match Action is a market which offers the customer the ability to place a bet involving three (03) separate markets in a football match (ninety (90) minutes): Total Goals, Total Corners & Total Yellow Cards.

9.2       Second yellow cards count.

9.3       A player shown yellow once contributes one to the total.

9.4       A player shown yellow twice contributes two to the total.

9.5       Red cards do not count.

9.6       Corners awarded but not taken do not count.

9.7       If a corner has to be re-taken for any reason it will only count as one.

10.      TIME OF” BETS

10.1   Bets on time of first goal, time of last goal, goalscorer plus, time of first corner, time of first booking and interval bets will be settled at the time provided by BetVictor’s data supplier.

10.2   For the “Time of first Corner'” market, the time that the corner is taken will count.

10.3   For the “Time of the first booking market”, the time that the player is shown the card will count.

10.4   As soon as a game kicks off, it will be considered to be in the first minute:  For example, a goal scored after twenty-five (25) minutes and forty-two (42) seconds will be settled as scored in the 26th minute.

10.5   An own goal will count for time of first or last team goal.

10.6   If a match is abandoned before the first goal is scored, first corner is taken, first booking etc. then all bets accepted for time bands that have completed will be considered losing bets and any other time band which includes the time band of the abandonment will be void.

10.7   In the event of a dispute, the decision of BetVictor’s data provider will be final as detailed in Section 1.1.1. Note that live updates including current score, total bookings and total corners on betting in-running markets are for information only. Whilst BetVictor will make every effort to ensure this information is correct, it is the Customer’s responsibility to check that any facts on which bets are struck are accurate. For settlement purposes “Minute To Win It” has its own rules.

11.      FIFTEEN MINUTE EVENTS

11.1   Bets are settled on the number of events occurring in the specified fifteen (15) minute time period.

11.2   Events must happen between 00:00 and 14:59 to be classed in the first fifteen (15 minutes.

11.3   Time periods thirty (30) minutes to half time will close at half time including any time added on for stoppages.

11.4   The time period seventy-five (75) minutes to full-time includes any added time until full time is complete.

11.5   Events only count within the period they are taken, not awarded.  In case of abandonment any bets on incomplete time periods will be made void unless settlement of bets has already determined prior to abandonment.

11.6   Note that for the free-kicks market a penalty does not count as a free-kick.  Corners, throw-ins, goal-kicks and free-kicks that have to be re-taken only count as one (01). Foul throw-ins do not count.

11.7   When time periods differ from the fifteen (15) minute allocation the same rules will apply within the designated time period stated. For “Minute to Win It”, please see the rules.

12.     FOOTBALL FIXED SPREADS

12.1   All make-ups are taken from what happens during a full 90 minutes unless otherwise stated on BetVictor’s website.  Extra-time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded.

12.2   If a match is abandoned all bets are void, unless a definitive result for that market has already been determined prior to abandonment.

12.3   Only players taking part in the match will be taken into account.

12.4   Own goals count in all Fixed Spread markets.

13.     #PRICEITUP (MATCH MARKETS)

13.1   All bets relate to the ninety (90) minute market, unless otherwise stated explicitly in the bet description. For example, “To score in the first half”.

13.2   ’90 Mins’’ 90 mins refers to the first 90 minutes of the match (including any injury time) but not extra time or penalty shootouts

13.3   “1st Half’”: Refers to the first forty-five (45) minutes of the match (including any injury time) only.

13.4   “2nd Half: Refers to the second forty-five (45) minutes of the match (including any injury time) only.

13.5   “Each Half”: Refers to the first half and the second half (including any injury time).

13.6   “Either Half’’: Refers to either the first half or the second half.

13.7   Extra time and penalties will only count where explicitly stated or where implied by phrases such as “To Qualify”, “Lift The Trophy”, “Win The Tie” being used within the market description. For all bets containing such phrases, any remaining selections in the bet will be settled on the ninety (90) minute result unless stated otherwise.

13.8   Minute one (01) is defined as 0.00-0.59 and this format extends to all minutes in a match. For example, if a bet description involves a player ‘to score in the first 15 minutes’ the cut off time would be 14.59 on the match clock.

13.9   If any part of the bet is made void, then the whole bet becomes void.

13.10  Own goals do not count in any bet involving goalscorers/player goals (unless otherwise explicitly stated).

13.11  Any bets involving ‘’free-kick’’ goals must be scored directly from a free-kick. Penalties and corners do not count.

13.12 Any bets involving players to be carded. Only cards awarded once the player is active in the match will count. Any cards shown after the final whistle do not count.

13.13 If a player receives two (02) yellow cards and is consequently shown a red card, the player will be deemed as having received a total of 2 cards. No individual player will be able to receive a total number of cards exceeding 2 in any one game. Extra-time does not count nor do cards shown after the final whistle count towards the total. A straight red card is counted as one card in every circumstance.

13.14 When more than one player is involved in an incident that results in more than one card being shown BetVictor will result based on TV evidence as to who the referee has shown the first card to.

13.15 Only cards shown to players currently on the pitch will count. Cards shown to managers or substitutes do not count towards the total.

13.16 Any bets involving corners; only corners that are actually taken will count.

13.17 If a corner is re-taken, it will only count as one corner.

13.18 BetVictor reserve the right to void any bets placed at a price that is an error (as defined in the Customer Terms and Conditions Clause 1.1),  and will endeavour to inform customers of them as soon as reasonably practicable.

13.19 BetVictor reserve the right to cancel any bets placed on that selection where the wording of the bet description is wrong and will endeavour to inform customers of them as soon as reasonably practicable.

13.20 For any eventualities not covered by these rules, BetVictor’s standard betting rules and Terms and Conditions apply.

13.21 BetVictor’s decision regarding settlement of all Price It Up markets shall be final and binding.

13.22 For any bets involving players hitting the woodwork, the following rule will be applied: If the ball hits any part of the woodwork this part of the bet will be deemed a winner. Any dubious shots will be settled using information from BetVictor’s data provider.

13.23 Any Bets requiring both teams/players to score in each half or to score 2+ or 3+ goals require each named teams/players to score 2+, 3+ in each half as appropriate.

13.24 If any named player in any bet does not take part in the match the bet will be made void.

13.25 In the case of any bet with multiple named players, but any one or more named players take no part in the match the bet will be made void.

13.26 Standard payout limits apply.

13.27 Any outcome that requires “Both Teams” to complete a certain action (For example, “Both Teams Over 1.5 Cards”) requires both teams each to be shown at least two (02) cards in the match, rather than for the combined total of the cards that the teams were shown to be greater than two (02).

14.     VIDEO ASSISTANT REFEREE (VAR)

14.1   For games where VAR is used, the following rules will apply to all markets the decisions affect.

14.2   Goals: The time of the goal will be deemed to be the time we were first notified of the goal by BetVictor’s data provider, not the time the goal was awarded by the VAR.

14.3   Free Kicks: A free kick will be deemed to be given when the VAR makes his decision, not the time of the offence.

14.4   Red Cards: If a player is shown a red card and then the VAR changes the decision, the Red Card will not count as awarded to the player originally shown the card. If the VAR decides the Red Card should be awarded to a player then this Red Card will count.

15.     STAR SIXES
